Do you think it could be that we concived?

Me and my boyfriend have been TTC for a few months now and my last period was on aug 2nd and I am usually around 29 day cycle sometimes 28 days but usually im right on… well I got a positive OPK on the 16th and 17 and I noticed clear sreachey CM in the 17 when me and him BD’d, now im about 10 or 11 DPO and I noticed big blue veins on my , more l Discharge(usually I don’t have any right now)like I been feeling wet, I been a bit more sleepy but not much my nose has been running like crazy, my are not too sore but getting more sore everyday (mostly by my arm pits) I have been having slight (there bareable)cramps in my lower stomach(abdomen)and not in my back where I usually get them, but I also have been getting twinges in my lower abdomen and kind in the kidney area.I should be starting my period tomorrow(fri) or saturady. Does this sound like I could be pregnant?
