What Do You Think Of This Idea To Find New Spin Bowlers For Australia?

At a meeting in Brisbane attended by many past Aussie bowlers to discuss the future of Australian bowling, an idea was put forward to have an Australian Idol Type Show to fin spin bowlers. How do you think such an idea could be put into operation & would it succeed? Your comments?
