What is another argument for No Touch icing, other than preventing players from being hurt?

Gets the game going. Slayer's right, but at the same time how many good races have we seen this year? Even with no-touch, there can still be races. There was a really good one at the last World Juniors where Giroux was racing with another Swede (not the gold medal game) to get to the puck before it crossed the line. You still have however many feet between that small red line to the boards to stop to prevent injuries.
