Small table and chair for 11 month old?

I'd like a little table with a chair for my daughter so that she can sit in the living room sometimes to eat her dinner/snacks. If anybody has seen the winnie the pooh highchair from argos that converts into a table and chair, this is the sort of thing i want. I just don't want a highchair and preferable something cheaper!! It must be suitable for a baby. Thanks!!
