I've been having terrible headaches the last couple of days?

I was worrying it might be carbon monoxide poisoning as I wake up with these headaches. They can be over my eyes, side and back of head. My husband Is not suffering from any of these symptoms although I am unemployed at the moment and spend much more time in the house. We have carbon monoxide detectors around the house which are in working order and have not sounded. I sat outside in the cold for 20Min's and the headache has eased but I'm dizzy now. Last week I had a sore throat and was under the weather. I'm kinda freaking out whats wrong. What do you think?
