Do you think what happened was wrong and i should apologize to her?

i landed up on my ex's doorstep and called her out when i was drunk because i wanted to see her. i've been in love with her for a year now and she knows. so she came out and took care of me for awhile. then one of my best mates came down to take me home. at that point he saw her hugging me and asked if she still had feelings for me. when she said no, he told her off. he was like "if you dont have feelings for him then let him go right now. you've been giving him false hope for the entire year. arent you sick of what youre doing?". this upset her and she got up and left. when i went home i found she had deleted me and every mutual friend off facebook, but she left me on msn. do you think i should apologize to her?
