Family and friend problem?

ok. i'll have to start 4 years ago.. one day my mom just told me im gonna go live with my dad in America (i lived in Taiwan). i dont even know him.. and after i got here i met bunch of relatives i dont even know( a brother, stepmom, aunts, uncles, a grandma, and a bunch of cousins) none were nice to me. especially my stepmom, she treated me like a crap, and my dad doesnt even care. at least i have friends at school, but guess what they switch me to another school just to get my friends away from me.!! now i'm at this school (by the way i'm 16), with not much friends... at home they wont let me watch tv, use computer, or anything. they just tell me to go to my room and stay there. my life suks what the hell should i do? i have posted this but i dont seem to get the answer .... just recently i got an option. i could go back to my mom if i REALLY want......everything would be great.. but my dad says that i could but i dont know if he mean it....... i am so confused .......... ............
