I have a 9mth old female Mini Daschund & 21 mth old male. She came in heat un expected by me.?

I am pretty much sure that she is pregnant and I am worried, I am taking her to our Vet next week for an exam. I need some positive responses from some that has been in this situation. I adore my babies and did not mean for this to happen. I wanted to wait for her next heat cycle but my male got her and I didn't know. Anyone out their with a successful pregnancy with a young female??
