Twice the fiscal burden because of contribution to taxes that go toward disability as well as the more direct payments? Well...you are saying the person chooses not to work, then you mention disability. Is the person incapable of working due to a disability? I don't know, but I think disability support payments aren't handed out for no reason. Perhaps this person is not well? I don't know, but it seems as though anyone on disability is disabled...or am I wrong on that?
