Question for those really knowledgeable in the med mal field?

yes she likely has a case. As did i when my son's ENT specialist caught him on fire while taking out his abnoids...but i believe that doctors are human like us all and can and do make mistakes...i think they should only be sued when they knowingly and willingly messed...so i dont think she should sue
