Very Very nervous!! Please Help!!(feminine problem)?

ok, so i have a gyno appt tomorrow, but i have been thinking about this all evening, and just thought maybe some people had some advice. last november 07 i had a leep surgery because i had pre-cancerous cells in my cervix. the surgery went well and they said everything was healing well...since then i quit taking my birth control, becuz the side effects were unbearable. well, i have only had 2 periods since then, the first one was over a mth late, and the second almost a mth late. i have also had extremely bad ovary pains, sometimes sharp, intense pain, and then other just achy all the time. this cormally occurs after i ovulate for that mth. also ever since the surgery my periods have been extremely crampy and painful, and have just been gross. they smell worse and are just plain gross. i know you guys arent doc's, which is why im goin tomorrow, but i jut thought maybe some advice could calm me down. has anyone experienced this or maybe know what could be going on?? thanks!!
