What are the usual consequence for small pot possesion in oregon when i live in another state?

cop sped up behind me i pulled to the right lane when semi wasnt in the way anymore, he obviously saw me with out of state plates, he sped up to like 100 plus miles an hour and im like what the hell i came down the road about a mile and he was parked on the side of the road with his lights on pulling nobody over,since i was in the right lane driving and he was on the right side of the road he came after me like some super trooper **** and told me theres a new campaign that cars must yield and go to the far lane in light trafiic when cops are on the side of the road,HE DIDNT EVEN HAVE ANYONE PULLED OVER IM LIKE WHAT THE ****,then he asked if i had any dope in the car before he got a drug dog out there because i looked nervous, he said he had some probable cause anyways he gave me a ticket for the tiny bit of weed and now ill have to hide or came back to oregon should i get a lawyer and fight his prejudice *** or are the punishments minimal, will it go on record as a misdemeanor?
