What is the specific objection Obana has to releasing his long-form birth certificate?

Wouldn't it be a great idea to do it this week, so that the attention would be diverted from Machusetts and his fiercest opponents would be thoroughly discredited? (If I am mistaken and the original long-form doent has been released, please provide a site where I can see it. Thanks.)
