How do you get???pokemon diamond?

You can't get a sandy or trash cloak burmy off of the trees. They will change cloaks when you train it. Train it at a beach or desert for the sand cloak. For the trash cloak you train it in a town somehow. I'm just not quite sure. try really near a town or city and see what happens.
