I think i have been scammed by an online loan and i dont no what to do, please help me!!?

i applied for a few loans online, and the next morning i had a phone call and they said they had approved of my loan and asked if i would like more information through the post, i said yes, because it sounded good (now i no it was too good to be true!) over the phone i repeatedly and clearly asked if there was any hidden charges, brokers fee's or anything like that and if anymoney was going to come out of my bank and they ured me it would not and i also asked if i was commited to the loan or paying any money by receiving this information and they said no. they have my card number as i stupidly gave it to them thinking it was some sort of i.d or something, which is how they managed to tak the money out of my bank. i checked my bank online and i notice that a company called heratigefinancial.net had taken �59.95 out of my bank............. thats what they said the company was called. i called my bank straight away and they gave me a number to cancel my card and he said that team will work to get my money back, but he personally advised me to maybe wait to see if they did send the letter and maybe it would explain the money comming out of my bank as an administration fee. the letter hasnt come (yet?) so i called the direct debit team and they basically said they cannot help me untill a further 30 days and if anything doesnt come from it then then to call back and they can try and get the money back as it will be looked at as not receiving goods or something? i didnt feel reure by that at all as im really anxious and worried, checking my balance every 5 minutes to see if they have taken more out just whenever they please! so i called the helpline on my card i explained the situation again but they said they cant do anything either and basically its possible they can take more money but theres nothing they can do to stop it as it isnt a direct debit it was set up privately by me even though they didnt even have my approval!!!!! all i have been told to do is wait but i am certain i have been scammed as when i tracked them down and got through to someone at heratage, they couldnt even spell it for me or even tell me something as simple as there insurance apr!!!! she was rude also and absoloutley no help. i just dont no what to do. should i close my account? as i was told cancelling it wont gaurentee them not being able to take money in the future! im so worried, i just dont no what to do! :(
