OMG It Cost money for a cup of water from McDonalds.. WTH?

Everything seems to be going up and up. From OverPriced Gas to Having to spend a almost 50 cent to get water from the sink. And tonight my mother is making ME pay for my food because it time for my to be more "responsible" So anyone know any Discounts, Specials, Anything??
